I have fantastic studio for rent.

STUDIO: The size is 520sq.ft. but height allows to build another level or hanging a lot of things. It is very shiny and except large windows has nice skylights. The most impressive is the view on canal where you can watch how the canal life is going (it is really interesting) with swans, boats (You can make a BBQ outside if you want to :)) and also directly on Olympic stadion which is really, really amazing!
There are two big and clean bathrooms (with bath and shower) outside the studio sharing with another 3 studios. The people are very nice nad quiet.

FURNITURES: The studio is with furnitures, nice kitchen and fully working devices. It has also remote control lights :) If you don't need it I can take it out.

BILLS: The price including bills. There is normal hot water, central heating.

AREA: Hackney Wick became very popular. It used to be an industrial area but now it has totally another climate. It is the place where live a lot of artist, photographers, fashion people, musicians, people from TV channels, and many, many more. Here you have got restaurants, 1 min to shop, 10 min walk to Hackney Wick overground, a lot of possibilites to life halthier rideing by bike along canal everywhere, running, walking with your dog. By bike you have about 8 min to Stradford, Westfield City Center or 24h ASDA.

You can share this studio with a few people. It is a lot of space and THIS PLACE IS NOT BORING but gives also a lot of piece outside the crowded Central London.

It is available from 15th of March so try to be the fastest because it is really hard to find something like this and so cheap in this area. I like to rent it up to 15th of July.

BE FASTEST and came for viewing. Exist possibility to pay 799 for all studio and I will be keeping some stuff only in the 20% of it so you can have all studio only for you!!!
